We ship all orders placed before 1PM (GMT) on the same working day. All orders placed later will be processed on the next working day.
When should I expect delivery?

How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love your DSD de Luxe products. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

Order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

I'm not sure which products I require for my hair.
If you are new to DSD de Luxe's products, you may be unsure of which products are best suited to you. We would recommend booking yourself in for a free virtual consultation with a doctor who will be able to advise if our products are right for you as well as providing recommendations.
What hair and skin types are DSD de Luxe products suitable for?
Our products are appropriate for all hair and skin types: they’re dermatologist tested and formulated for all skin types. We would recommend checking with us if your are unsure as there may be some products which are not suited to sensitive skin.
Are you cruelty free?
We’re committed to being cruelty free: this means we do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with vendors who uphold the same standards.
Can I sell the products on my own site?
Simple answer, No! By purchasing via our site, you agree that the products purchased are for personal use only.
Can you help with a product I bought from a third party marketplace?
We are unable to provide assistance on DSD de Luxe products purchased from an unofficial site. It is always best to buy DSD de Luxe from approved sites to guarantee quality and authenticity.
I have found the same product cheaper elsewhere, can you price match it?
